Novabox is a Windows desktop app for people who keep a personal Gmail, a work Gmail, and a client Gmail — and are tired of switching between them. Sign in with Google. Read, search, write, and file all of them from one place.
The desk Gmail doesn't give you.
Version one is Gmail only, on Windows 11. The point is not a new way to write email. It's one place for the accounts you already have.
One inbox, or each on its own
See every account together, or open just one. Each account has its own color and its own unread count.
A layout you already know
Conversations, labels, starred mail, sent, drafts, spam, and trash. Inbox tabs follow the categories Gmail already uses.
Write from the right account
Compose, reply, and forward, then pick which account sends. Drafts are saved back to that account.
Search across all of them
Find mail that’s already on your computer instantly. Older mail is searched where it lives, in Gmail.
Images stay off until you ask
Remote images in a message are blocked by default, so a tracking pixel doesn’t load just because you opened it.
Still there when you’re offline
Mail you’ve already downloaded can be read without a connection. New mail can ping you from the tray and the taskbar.
Your mail never touches our servers.
Novabox talks to Google from your PC. Messages are stored on that computer, not on a Novawave server. We never see your password. When you remove an account, its local mail goes with it and access is revoked.
Sign-in
Google’s own sign-in. Novabox does not ask for, or keep, your password.
Storage
The mailbox lives on your Windows PC, so you can read downloaded mail offline.
Removal
Drop an account and its local copy is deleted. Google access is revoked.
